Please join Sound Healer Sophie Pyne for a very special Sound Bath in honor of International Recovery Day!

Set an intention, follow your breath, and step outside of the cluttered mind. Jump into your sacred heart space with us, tune into love and compassion, and bring calm into your week with an evening of deep relaxation. Working with the supportive vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Sophie will support you in releasing anything you are ready to let go of and fine-tuning your body, mind, and spirit for the upcoming week. The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments she uses work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages.

Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. Sound healing helps release the tension of day-to-day life and opens the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, better relationships, lower blood pressure, reduced stress hormones, stabilized moods, and better sleep.
