To promote the widespread national observance, The ROC, Valley County’s Recovery Community Center, will be hosting a Recovery Rally on 09/18/2021 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Legacy Park in McCall. The Recovery Rally will feature a reading of the Commissioner’s Proclamation, Community Leader speakers, food, fun and games. The Recovery Rally is intended to celebrate the achievements of people in recovery and draw attention to critical treatment and recovery support services
