Join us for an evening of joy, connection, remembrance and hope! We are celebrating the opening of The Harbor Recovery Center. We are a non-residential, non-profit 501(c)3 that offers free support to families who have a loved one struggling with alcohol, substance use and/or mental health, as well as providing individuals themselves who are struggling in Columbia County, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas.
