MORRIS VILLAGE RECOVERY MONTH AA/NA SPEAKER JAM

SCDMH-Morris Village is hosting its First ANNUAL Mutual Support Group- AA/NA Speaker Jam. Honoring  Recovery Month 2022. “Recovery is for Everyone” “Every Person. Every Family. Every Community. The event starts September 2nd, 2022 at 10 a.m. Morris Village Director will give some opening words, followed by six speakers sharing their experience, strength, and hope. Admission is closed to public . Theme will continue for the month, every Friday, followed by six speakers sharing their experience, strength and hope. Final Friday of September 30th will feature ALUMNI SPEAKERS coming back to share their experience, strength and hope. These speakers will be carrying the message that when treatment is available and accessible through recovery-oriented residences, family, supportive community, re-connection, faith, and employment, “WE DO RECOVER”.
