The Indianapolis Monument Circle lighting is Indiana Addiction Issues Coalitions (IAIC) annual kickoff to Recovery Month event. Each year IAIC and recovery community members gather on Monument Circle located in downtown Indianapolis to raise awareness for recovery and educate the public at larger the importance of recovery and that individuals do thrive and matter!
