The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counsel of Orange County and Independent Living, Inc. are hosting their second annual Picnic in the Park. All are welcomed to join. We encourage everyone to bring their friends and family to the picnic. The grounds are beautiful and we will be providing free food.
